Team
Peter is responsible for client strategy and company growth. With over 35 years in specialised engineering, vehicle modification and general mechanical, management roles and Managing Director in vehicle dealership & collision repair.

Amanda is responsible for general accounting and operational administrative tasks at Adaptive Manufacturing. Amanda also oversees marketing strategies, social media campaigns, ISO9001 accreditation and other administrative tasks for our team.
Offering administrative support to our sales and marketing team, Melissa uses her understanding and experience in sales, marketing and customer relations to provide pivotal support to our team ensuring seamless operations and day to day efficiencies.
Hayley’s role is in managing sales and client relationships. Hayley is also responsible for managing client campaigns across social media and direct mail and assisting with marketing, marketing material creation and website management.
As stock controller, Bhavin is responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory at Adaptive Manufacturing. This includes ordering, logistics, stock management, manufacturing and supplier relationships.
